Why Does My Right Ovary Hurt When I Sneeze

... that's the title of a book that I recently received a gift and presents the reader with Augsburg's finest shops and workshops located mainly in the old town, so off the famous boulevard ". There are small specialist shops and workshops to offer something special, have the one in the world of standardized products offered by large chain stores that now dominate Europe once in the pedestrian zone, the no more. Gay Incest Father And Son
readings
readings is always an adventure. You never know how many people come to a listen, and how the people on what one reads, react. The space you have usually not yet seen, or at most on the Internet, and you do not know how are the acoustics and lighting. All this is very important for the result. With the result, I do not mean the number of books that are then sold, but the satisfaction of the visitors - even if they do not immediately buy a book from me, they should remember the optimism, maybe others about it tell you later think of the Christmas shopping, perhaps because they are still here and there should have a backup gift in store.
three very different readings I had in the last days: In Bobingen, in Bergen and in Augsburg-Oberhausen, and all three were to be an intimate experience, for which I am grateful to each of the organizers.
Bobingen organizer was the Department of Culture. In the "Middle Mill, a beautifully restored historic landmark, it is under the umbrella of a well-equipped lecture hall, whom I know of several occasions her. Forty to fifty people fit into it. Quite as many, although not come, but that was not bad. It was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Florian Hoeck (saxophone) and Natalya Frenzel (piano) plays music by Astor Piazzolla, of which I was particularly of "Libertango" at the end enthusiasts, and a little girl (probably the daughter of the pianist) playing with her teddy bear. A good sign. Dr. Keller, my editor at Wißner publisher, was there (he has Analyn and I drove there and back safely, for which I thank him here especially). In the audience I saw Bill Fox, a fellow writer, and Ingeborg Anderson, one in the region quite well-known artist and journalist. Special honor: Mrs. Donderer of pure Harthofen, a niece of Luise Rinser and the hostesses at the inn "green tree" (see my travel blog ), was present and was enthusiastic about my crime.
So a few familiar faces lift the mood, but I would have done better with the selection of texts not experiment - there are more interesting places than the ones I've read that evening. Still, I was glad that people have not been bored, but is hard on the book table of Mrs. Lohrke (which is from their close bookstore in the station road now moved to larger offices) went.

Formerly a second-hand store with cramped conditions shows the store today what you can do with a clever knack for making everything. Book Review: "Happiness runs Taxi" by Rosita Hoppe
An entertaining love story seemed to me a few days, fresh on the desktop - put up quite simply, in a handy A-5 format, with a front page as a commercial artist. It promises a humorous story about two people who dream of a great love. Carly, owner of a fashion boutique, has bad experiences with men behind him and wants also get involved at the urging of her friends not to a new relationship. For Philip, a young taxi driver, to which it meets again, they have an extremely ambivalent relationship. There have been repeated clashes - the two seem to be fiercely hostile. And then appeared on Carly's ex-boyfriend and runs a malicious intrigue. How can this end? The reader is immersed in an emotional world that is as changeable as April weather. More I will not betray.
The background is a little pale, therefore, the small town where the story takes place could be anywhere, because there appear no significant contours on - probably is by design so that the reader can empathize more easily into the story. The resort of Iseo in northern Italy is portrayed vividly, however, a real contrast. It served a few clichés, but clichés are indeed necessary in romance novels: the reader must be in a familiar environment to feel at home in order to properly cozy to snuggle into the love story and anxious with the heroine. As a man you fear, of course, more to the male part and he would like to recall a few tips. This story is written skillfully and smoothly, and we will get from the author probably read a lot more.

I n the last few days I had a lot of hassle. I had several readings, I sometimes had to prepare intensively, and three or four are still ahead of me. My Crime is selling surprisingly well, yes it is nationwide the right time for regional crime novels and thrillers, one reads in Augsburg from the Ruhr and the Eifel, and I hope that the other way around there, which also reads from here. On the subject of reviews and on the readings, especially here reading fees, now a few comments.

that, I subtract 19% VAT (38 €), go to the treasury to stay 162.00 Euro
minus 15% for health care insurance and pensions (24, 30) 137.70
remain like this another 15% agency fee (room rent, electricity, heating, telephone, Internet, materials, tools, etc.) - (20.65) keep me € 117.05
like I'm making the required reserves for downturns Order (similar to the unemployment insurance), making 5.27 - 111.78
me remain like this I pay income tax, this time in a flat rate of 10% (11:18 ), I will have net € 100.60.
In Example 2 it looks like this:
bid fee 18 Euro for the entire reading (! Seriously is organized by the Vocational Training Centre of the Earth Building Group Augsburg)
that, I subtract 19% VAT (3.42 €) to the treasury Go to remain

There was a time when I did not even know where Gersthofen is, but then, in the early seventies, was my first story published outside the student newspaper environment in the magazine "and" the then Gersthofen Maro-Verlag: And now I've read for the first time in Gersthofen from one of my books. Long I know the city, I occasionally wander around them, buy in local shops. The bookstore at the Balloon Museum (a former water tower across from a shopping center) I had already seen and viewed the displays - and now I was a welcome guest there. For my reading on 27.10. (Oha! Is already that long?) Had the staff cleared a portion of the shelves to the side and set up some chairs. Dr. Koehler by Wissner-Verlag, so nice was to take us in the car, and Analyn and I were welcomed by the three holders in good spirits and with the musician announced. The store was filling up quickly, and it was by no means only female audience, how to experience it a few other occasions.
I was a little worried, not the right places to have selected from my crime, because that is not easy - I wanted as little betrayed by the resolution of the criminal case, but at the same time show the versatility of the novel and the local context. That is me probably succeeded - some books and then went over the counter, and some customers could be sign two copies ("Christmas is so soon!"). Has been discussed very little, there were a few questions, crashed at the end, everything on the snack (quiche and pies) and the delicious wine. A well-rounded evening!
